"Basic" Pool Party Rentals

As an alternative to the all-inclusive parties, FINS also offers a basic pool, which includes use of our one of our facility pools and the attached view room for 2 hours and lifeguards. This option is perfect for both pool parties and hosting group events.

Basic Pool Party Rules and Rates:

The following prices include use of our facility for 2 hours and lifeguards on duty:

Up to 20 Guests: $300.00
21-30 Guests: $350.00
31-40 Guests: $400.00

Swimming Party Requirements - Please Read!

Non-Refundable Deposit: FINS requires a non-refundable deposit along with a signed contract to secure a party reservation. All party balance amounts must be paid 2 weeks before scheduled event.

Deposits for All-inclusive parties is $225.00.
Deposits for Basic parties is $150.00.

Approved Permanent Swim Diapers: For the health and safety of all FINS customers, infants and toddlers are required to wear FINS approved permanent swim diapers at all times while in the pool. Our store carries an assortment of styles and sizes at reasonable prices.
