Aquatic
exercise is a safe and enjoyable form of exercise
that is easier on your joints and muscles, but
still provides an effective cardiovascular and
strength training workout. Because it is a thicker
medium than air, water resistance is similar
to exercising with weights. The buoyancy of
the water makes your workouts safer on your
joints and muscles.
FINS
has both a 90° warm water shallow pool
and an 85° cool water shallow to deeper
depth pool for a variety of water fitness needs.

Exercising
in cooler water provides a cooling effect to
your body, because the water is continually
moving around you and constantly lowering your
body temperature for an easier cardiovascular
workout. Warm water classes help to relax muscles
and aid in stretching and flexibility. The pressure
of the water on your body works to massage and
comfort your body during your exercise routine,
so you never feel overly fatigued.
Always seek medical approval before beginning
any fitness regiment.
